The Retail Business Manager will develop and maintain a relationship portfolio of customers and partners within the retail segment in respect to their business requirements with the key output of maximizing customer sales, service, and profit performance at Pacis. He or she will devise, employ, and deliver a wide range of agreed marketing strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of the set business strategies and position the business to compete in the chosen markets to deliver growth in the customer base and income targets. He or She will also be responsible for building new strategic partnerships to drive value from the same.
